"If you still desire for good customer service in the world where it no longer exists you’re gonna find it here they go the extra mile to help you. They are super friendly and willing to help you and will follow up on anything that requires it most of the time when you call an office these days when dealing with small businesses you really have to keep calling and follow up, but you’re not gonna have that experience here great service, great people, great rates."

"I’ve been a homeowner for nearly 30 years, and have never had an insurance agent personally come to my house for any reason. After the hail storm in late February, we had a contractor complete some of the needed repairs, but they pretty much ghosted us halfway through the job. I reached out to Kasey for assistance, and she not only reassured us that SF would take care of us, but she personally handled getting us a new adjuster and came to our house to look over the damage, current state of repairs, and followed up with both the new contractor and adjuster. She really does go above and beyond for her clients! Highly recommend!"

"If you haven't yet you should definitely get with Kasey and her team. I'm almost positive they can lower your insurance rates. I contacted her after my insurance premiums almost doubled with USAA after several years of being with them. After Kasey and her team sifted through all my insurance paperwork and got all the details they needed, I was able to get all my insurance needs taken care of for almost a third of what I was paying. Kasey is now my agent for everything. Home, auto, boat and my 5th wheel."
